Sema Office will be developed on a large land plot, on the current industrial platform Sema Parc, in the central-western part of Bucharest, in the heart of a youthful and animated community, near “Regie” Student Campus and the Polytechnic University.

Development phases

The first two office buildings marked the inception of the first phase, city building type, leased from the inception phase and sold to the Austrian investment fund Europolis in the Transaction of the Year 2006, have received two international awards "Best Office Project in 2008" by EuropaProperty at the SEE Real Estate Awards and by CIJ Journal at CEE Awards Gala.

The second phase of development of Sema Office business park began in 2014, with the construction works for Bruxelles building, courtyard type. The building was completed in 2016 and is currently leased and fully functional. Subsequently, in 2016, the construction works for two additional courtyard office buildings started, Paris and Berlin, due to be delivered by year-end 2017.
