Această pagină nu aparţine Poliţiei Animalelor Sector 1 sau administraţiei Primăriei Sector 1, dar a fost realizată pentru a veni în ajutorul câinilor aflaţi în gestionarea Adăpostului Odăi, cel care se află în subordinea Poliţiei Locale Sector 1.

Toţi cei care administrează, editează şi postează pe această pagină sunt voluntari şi nu dorim să fie făcută nicio legătură cu administrativul sau politicul din această ţară.

Ştim că personalul de la Adăpostul Odăi este subdimensionat, cu posturi blocate de ani de zile şi ştim că deblocarea lor nu se va face curând.

Ştim, de asemenea, că acest adăpost are o capacitate maximă de 1.000 de câini şi că în prezent este ocupat în proporţie de 75%, cea mai mare de la înfiinţarea sa. Dacă se va atinge numărul maxim, administraţia are dreptul de a începe eutanasierea câinilor, lucru ne mai întâmplat la Adăpostul Odăi.

Câinii şi oamenii de acolo au nevoie de ajutorul nostru, deci ne vom implica.

Ce propunem,
URGENŢA 1 - Adopţii cât mai multe, măcar egale cu rata zilnică de prindere, începând chiar de "ieri", LaLa a fost prima!

URGENŢA 2 - Resistematizarea, reconstrucţia şi, mai ales, igienizarea adăpostului. Personal vountar în completarea celui existent, dar insuficient.

URGENŢA 2bis - Realizarea cadrului legal - prin Consiliul Local al Sectorului 1 şi prin aparatul Primarului Sectorului 1 - pentru transformarea acestuia în Adăpost cu adopţii la distanţă, pentru a acorda şanse şi câinilor neadoptabili şi, mai ales, independenţă financiară faţă de bugetul Poliţiei Locale.

Urmărim ca foarte rapid să realizăm un adăpost decent, cu câini pregătiţi pentrui adopţie şi luaţi la casele lor în număr cât mai mare.
Aceasta pe termen scurt, pe termen lung că vom uimi cu ce planuri mari şi generoase avem pentru acest adăpost.

Dar până atunci,
Căutăm voluntari: fotografi, saloane de coafură canină, medici veterinari, cabinete veterinare, distribuitori de produse pentru animale (hrană, medicamente, accesorii), jurnaliti şi ziarişti, presă şi presă online, staţii radio şi tv şi persoane publice din orice domeniu care să ne susţină, oricât de puţin, proiectul.

Căutăm voluntari editori pagină şi traducători pentru site şi pagină, indiferent de limbă, precum şi blogări, influenceri, "postaci" profesionişti, share-işti şi like-işti notorii, cu mulţi prieteni iubitori de animale.

Căutăm voluntari jurişti şi specialişti în fonduri europene.

Căutăm cetăţeni din străinătate implicaţi în urbea lor care să ne înlăsnească înfrăţirea adăpostului cu unul similar din Europa, care NU practică eutanasierea.

Căutăm multe şi mulţi oameni care să ne ajute, sperăm să fiţi voi cei care citiţi, primii.

Diese Seite gehört nicht der Tierpolizei Sektor 1 oder der Verwaltung des Rathauses Sektor 1, sie wurde erstellt, um die im Shelter Odai befindlichen Hunde zu unterstützen, die in der Zuständigkeit der örtlichen Polizei obliegen.

Jeder, der diese Seite verwaltet oder etwas auf ihr veröffentlicht, tut dies auf freiwilliger Basis und wir wünschen keine Verbindung mit der Verwaltung oder der Politik des Landes.

Wir wissen, dass das Personal des Shelters unterbesetzt ist, mit seit Jahren auf Eis gelegten Arbeitsplätzen, die auch in nächster Zukunft nicht freigegeben werden.

Wir wissen auch, dass der Shelter eine maximale Kapazität von 1.000 Hunden hat, mit einer momentanen Besetzung von 75 %. Der höchsten seit der Gründung. Wenn die maximale Kapazität erreicht ist, hat die Administration das Recht mit der Euthanasie der Hunde zu beginnen; etwas, was im Shelter Odai kaum vorkommt.

Die Hunde und Menschen dort brauchen unsere Hilfe, also beteiligen wir uns.

Wir schlagen vor:
Emergency 1 - So viele Adoptionen, wie möglich. Wenigstens so viele, um die täglichen Aufnahmen zu decken; ausgehend von "gestern", Lala" wäre damit .die aktuellste.

Emergency 2 - Umstrukturierung, Wiederaufbau und vor allem die Reinigung des Shelters. Freiwilliges Personal in Ergänzung zum bereits bestehenden, das leider nicht ausreicht.

Emergency 3 - Der Entwurf des entsprechenden legalen Rahmens durch den lokalen Stadtrat von Sektor 1 und den Dienstapparat des Bürgermeisters von Sektor 1, für die Umwandlung in ein Shelter mit Adoptionen auf Distanz, um auch die Chancen der nicht adoptierten Hunde zu sichern, vor allem um die finanzielle Unabhängigkeit gegenüber des Budgets der lokalen Polizei in Sektor 1 zu schaffen.

Wir verfolgen das Ziel so schnell wie möglich ein angemessenes Shelter zu schaffen, mit Hunden vorbereitet für die Adoptionen und die Mitnahme in ihr neues Zuhause in so großer Anzahl, wie möglich.
Dies kurzfristig; langfristig werden wir euch mit unseren großen und einladenden Plänen für das Shelter zum Staunen bringen.

Bis dahin suchen wir aber Freiwillige:
Fotografen, Hundesalons, Tierärzte, Tierkliniken, Händler für Tierprodukte (Nahrung, Medikamente, Zubehör), Journalisten und Redakteure, Presse und Online-Presse, Radiostationen, TV und Personen des öffentlichen Lebens aus allen Bereichen, die uns, wenigstens bei dem Projekt, unterstützen können.

Außerdem brauchen wir freiwillige Editoren und Übersetzer für die Website, egal welche Sprache.
Weiter brauchen wir Blogger, Leute mit Einfluss, professionelle "Posts", Shares und Liker in sozialen Netzwerken (Facebook, etc) mit vielen tierliebenden Freunden.

Wir suchen auch freiwillige Juristen und Spezialisten für europäische Fonds.

Außerdem brauchen wir Kontakte im Ausland, die in dem Bereich tätig sind und uns eine Partnerschaft mit einem ähnlichen, ansässigen europäischen Shelter ermöglichen kann, der NICHT die Euthanasie praktiziert.

Wir suchen viele Leute, die uns helfen. Wir hoffen, dass ihr die ersten Helfer seid, die das hier lesen.

This page does not belong to Animal Police from District 1 or to City Hall Administration from the same district, but it was created to help the dogs who live in Odai Shelter. This shelter is under the jurisdiction of Local Police District 1.
All people who create content, post, manage this page are volunteers. That is why we don’t want that our actions to be linked, connected in any possible way with the administration or the politics from this country.
We know that the Odai Shelter personnel is undersized, with job positions blocked for years and we know that this situation won’t change soon.
We also know that this shelter has a capacity of 1000 dogs and that at present, it is 75% full. 75%. This is the highest level of occupancy since the shelter was created. If the maximum capacity will be achieved, the administration has the right to start euthanasia. This have never happened in Odai Shelter.
The dogs from the shelter and the people who are taking care of them NEED our HELP, so we will struggle for them.
What is our proposal,
EMERGENCY NO 1 – As many adoptions as possible, daily. The number of the adoptions must be at least equal to the number of dogs captured and brought to the shelter daily. Starting with „yesterday”, Lala was the first to be adopted!
EMERGENCY NO 2 – RE-systematization, RE-construction and more than this, cleaning the shelter. More volunteers to keep up the work which the insufficient number of personnel struggles to handle daily.
EMERGENCY NO 2bis – Configuration of the legal framework – through the Local Council of the District 1 and through the District 1 City Hall apparatus – in order to prepare the shelter for adoptions at distance. In this way, we will offer chances for living also to the in-adoptable dogs and most of all, financial independence towards the budget of the Local Police.
Our concern is to build a decent shelter as fast as possible, with dogs prepared for adoption and taken in their homes in greater numbers. This is our plan for short term. For long term, you will be impressed to see how many and generous ideas we have for this shelter.
But until than,
We look for volunteers: photographs, canine hairdressers, veterinarians, sellers of various products for animals (food, medicines, accessories), journalists, volunteers working in press, radio/TV and online press, public figures from any domain to support our project.
We look for volunteers to edit our Facebook page/website and translators, in any language, bloggers, influencers, professional „posters”, notorious „sharers” and „likers” with many friends who are animal lovers.
We look for lawyers and professionals in European funds.
We look for active citizens from abroad to facilitate the twinning with other shelters who DOESN’T practice euthanasia.
We look for many things and for many people to help us, hoping that you will be first ones to give us support!
