David Sandu is the first Romanian artist who made the contemporary jewelry the story of his own vocation and dedicated himself dedicated to promoting designer jewelry through its aesthetic approach. Between 2005 and 2010, David Sandu Jewelry Gallery was the first and only art gallery in the country dedicated exclusively to the contemporary jewelry. With numerous awards at participation at international fairs and exhibitions, David Sandu is recognized in international communities such as Metalcyberspace, Klimt02 and Inhorgenta.
In 2010 he is given the title of Supplier of HM King Michael House of Romania and in the same year lays the foundations of Assamblage School of Contemporary Jewelry, the first constant educational project for the development of the field of Romanian designer jewelry.
