At the year 1982, GFM founders have started to business in Izmir, Turkey by making trade of electronic components and accessorises.

In the year 1991, they have moved to Romania and remain active in trade with the same business field. Company’s Turkey leg still active today under the name of Ege-Tek Electronic LED and LED Technologies Manufacturing. Company occupies with providing LED lightings such industries as Furniture Companies, Cooling machine producers and providing product as sub industry to Automotive manufacturers.

Business operations took investments on different business sectors in Romania until 2012 under name of SC GROUPE MILLENIUM SRL. By the year 2011, company got interested in LED & LED Technologies and since 2012 company focused in this sector.

After first approaches and successful East Asia movements in 1997, company initiated LED manufacturing test works in Zhoshang city, Guzhen Town by the year 2012. Since the August 2013, company became active on 1100 m2 area by manufacturing on Commercial Lighting business field at Henglan region. Far east contact of the company is HK GFM LED & LED Technologies, Hong Kong.

Our activity requires BM model on manufacturing and over sea markets, and OEM model on selling by own brand. And business model structured as representing the products to foreign markets at overseas by joint venture type with local companies and establish branch offices in the field to increase and create analytical power in the region.

Main office is Bucharest, Romania. By the October 2013, ensample manufacturing started. Romania factory based manufactured goods are aimed to take market share by joint venture initiatives at the year of 2015 for Eastern European Countries and 2016-2017 for European Countries.

Since August 2014, Thailand branch office have become active and organising process have started at Middle East Asia by this move and in the mean time the other process and procedures carry on to start joint venture business with respected large company which has manufacturing experience in the region.

By the September 2014, Middle East and Africa operations have started by establishment of new branch office in Ghana, Accra with the cooperation of a strong, forward looking local company.

By the October 2014, new market initiatives have established in Riyadh, SUA oriented for Arabian Peninsula.

By targeting Commercial Lighting for main product range, company responds to demands by using manufacturer sources in Chinese region.

By starting ensample manufacturing in Istanbul, Turkey with GESSAT which is experienced company by manufacturing over a decade, company will also aim for market for its products in Turkey, North Africa, Middle East and Turkic Republics.

Company Policy;

Become competitor in competitive business environment by Far East based manufacturing. Create domestic solid products on LED Lightings in the targeted regions by cooperating local experienced manufacturers. Also the other important point is, offering good quality and affordable domestic products to investors by providing necessary requires of markets and countries in terms of quality measures and certificates and by doing that, increase of the SDK manufacturing and annual manufacturing number as a supplier.
