EFdeN este echipa României calificată între cele 20 de finaliste ale SDE, cea mai importantă competiţie de arhitectură şi tehnologii integrate la nivel mondial, care s-a desfășurat în 2014 la Versailles. Am proiectat și am construit o casă solară eficientă energetic, modulară şi, astfel, adaptabilă la siturile dificile specifice centrului unei metropole, putând fi dezvoltată atât pe verticală, cât şi pe orizontală.

Destinat inelului central al Bucureştiului, prototipul EFdeN are un design şi o compartimentare flexibilă orientată către nevoile locatarului, în acelaşi timp integrând un spaţiu verde în casă. În acest fel, utilizatorul se poate bucura de proximitatea faţă de destinaţiile de interes prin traiul în centrul unei metropole fără a fi privat de liniştea şi relaxarea pe care le regăseşte în natură.

EFdeN is Romania’s team qualified in the top 20 finalists of SDE, the most important competition of architecture and integrated technologies worldwide, which took place in 2014 at Versailles. We designed and built an energy efficient solar house which can be developed both vertically and horizontally, a modular housing unit adaptable to the difficult sites specific to the center of a metropolis.

Destined for the central ring of Bucharest, EFdeN prototype has a flexible partitioning oriented to the tenant’s needs while integrating a green space. In this way, by living in the city center of a metropolis, the user can enjoy the proximity to destinations of interest without being deprived of the peace and relaxation found in nature.
