We we are:

Our story begins back in 2011 and we treasure the same values as the parents and the children who come to us: Passion, Creativity, Joy, Discipline, Team.

We grew up as a team, by initiating projects and successfully developing them. And we were the first ones in this field in Romania.

Throughout time, we obtained results that inspired others (third and fourth place – Da Vinci innovation contest 2016, runner up at HackTM 2014, first prize – Yahoo Open Hack 2011, first prize – Webstock 2011, fourth place Inventika 2011).

The program:

Academia inventeaza.ro is a "before & after school" educational program which integrates #STEAM learning since 2011, based on acquiring practical skills in Robotics
(Programming, Electronics, and Mechanics).

The program is modular, tailored according to the age and level of understanding of the participants and is aimed at participants aged 7 to 17 years old.

What does STEAM mean?

STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics and refers to an interdisciplinary and applied approach.

Academia inventeaza.ro is based on STEAM activities, which are complementary to the compulsory school programs. Our main goal is to assist students in how to implement in daily settings the knowledge acquired in school.

Thus, STEAM integrates the five disciplines in a learning paradigm that meets the current or future requirements of the real world.
