ENVISO is a multinational consultancy company, training provider and international center for examination and certification in Lean Six Sigma, Lean Management, Business Process Management and BPMN.

ENVISO Consulting and Training Division delivers training sessions, both for companies or individuals willing to discover and implement process improvement methodologies. It also offers internationally recognized certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Lean Management, Business Process Management and BPMN to all specialists interested to differentiate themselves in the labor market and deliver great performance within their companies.

By partnership with PECB (Personal Evaluation and Certification Board), Enviso offers a full range of training and certifications, for auditors and implementers of ISO standards.

Enviso consultants and trainers are internationally certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and have been involved over the years in large training and consultancy projects in Romania and abroad (UK , France, Netherlands, Switzerland, Norway etc.) in various areas: energy, oil & gas, financial services (banking, insurance, leasing, etc.), automotive, telecom, administration, manufacturing, transport, IT&C etc .
