The Transylvania Food Company (TFC) is a social enterprise promoting traditional food products from the area - juices and high fruit / low added sugar jams, chutneys and sauces. We also bottle poliflora honey from the wild flower meadows.
Business best practice will now be combined with social and environmental benefits for the area to create a sustainable micro enterprise in the Tarnava Mare area.
